Refund & Return Policy

We hope you’ll love your new crystal companions. But if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Crystals, jewelry, and accessories must be unused, undamaged, and clean.

  • Fragile items such as mirrors, glass stands, and other delicate displays cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fragile glass items, mirrors, and custom pieces (due to their delicate nature).

  • Sale items are considered final unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.

  3. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly, either by replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

  • We recommend using a trackable service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
